Certified Natural Health Practitioner

About Me

Not many people can say that they love their job and they enjoy getting up every day and going to work. I am truly blessed and I can honestly say I love my job. I love to work with people, I love to help people and I love to see people feel well again.

For years, I studied the natural health field on my own by reading books, literature, attending classes, and implementing natural remedies in my own personal life. I was my own living testament in the success of natural health. It was then that I decided to pursue my dream of helping others. In July of 2014 I earned my certification as a Natural Health Practitioner and then continued on to graduate in spring of 2016 as a Doctor of Naturopathy otherwise known as a Traditional Naturopath.

I work with clients that are seeking safe, non-invasive ways to compliment their health. People are interested in natural ways to lose weight, ease hormonal imbalances regarding menstrual cycles and menopause. My goal is to provide you with the education tools to help you make better health choices for yourself.

In more recent years, I have had the extreme pleasure of working with women suffering with infertility issues. What a privilege and joy for me to be able to be a part in helping a new life begin.

As a natural health practitioner I never diagnose or treat disease but rather educate clients on whole body wellness.  By design, our bodies send us signals otherwise known as symptoms to alert us something is wrong. Suppressing those symptoms with drugs does NOT address the root cause of the problem and therefore the issue still remains within the body, but now it is just “hidden” behind the mask of the drug. The root cause of the suppressed symptoms will still remain and the body will most often continue to deteriorate in other ways manifesting in new symptoms. With that being said, our bodies were naturally designed to heal itself given the appropriate environment and nutrients.  I fully believe in working with the body rather than against it in order to achieve wellness.

If you desire a natural approach regarding your health then you have come to the right place. I have witnessed time and time again positive results using safe, natural alternatives and my hope is to share them with you as well.

Please note: I also provide Skype and phone consultations for non-local clients.

Payments are due at the time of service. Payment options include: cash, check, credit card and HSA (health savings account).
